Terms & Conditions
*Gift certificates can only be purchased against our available services.
*Our gift certificates are printable after purchase or please keep the voucher code handy for redemption.
*The gift certificates are only valid for six (6) months after purchase.
*The voucher will still be valid if cancelation is made 24 hours before the redeemed appointment.
*Health Fund Rebates for Remedial Massage NOT available for gift vouchers.
*The recipient/bearer of the gift voucher is required to make an appointment. The appointment of the massage session must be on a date prior to expiration of the gift certificate. It is recommended that appointments be scheduled well in advance – approximately 1-2 weeks – to ensure availability.
*Gift certificates are still subject to any current business policies & cancellation policies. Once the recipient/bearer makes appointment to redeem gift certificate and they do not call/text, they are a no show, they do not cancel and fail to reschedule appointment 24hrs before booking, the massage gift voucher will not be honoured. Please make arrangements 24hrs before booking time if you are not able to make your appointment, so you do not lose your redemption.
